I work directly with businesses to identify operational problems, map how work actually moves through a company, and design the automation or software around it, from the first conversation through the system that ends up running in production.

Outcome before technology
You should never have to care how the system works internally. You should be able to tell whether it's actually saving time.

If a system doesn't know something or can't safely act, it captures the information or routes to a person. It doesn't guess and it doesn't pretend.
