Our Services

StarkByDesign provides AI phone receptionist and business-automation services, along with related website and data services, to businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are described on our site or in a separate agreement.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from StarkByDesign at that number. We offer two separate opt-ins:

• Transactional/service messages: replies to your inquiry, appointment information, and service updates.
• Marketing messages: promotional offers and updates (separate, optional opt-in).

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or use them for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

Payment

Fees for services (such as setup and monthly plans) are as stated on our site or in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where we expressly offer a guarantee.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarkByDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the prior three months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
