StarkByDesign provides AI automation, custom software, integrations, and website design services to businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for a project are described in a separate proposal or agreement.

Payment

Fees for project work are as stated in your proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed per the agreed schedule and are non-refundable except where we expressly offer a guarantee.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarkByDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the prior three months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
