What kinds of things can you automate?
Anything repetitive that moves information between people or systems: lead intake, follow-ups, scheduling, notifications, document workflows, and CRM updates. If it's a manual step that happens the same way every time, it's usually a good candidate.
Can you work with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. Most projects connect tools you're already running, CRM, calendar, forms, email, phone, rather than replacing them. We only recommend swapping a tool when the existing one is genuinely the bottleneck.
Do you build custom AI tools?
Yes, dashboards, internal tools, customer portals, and AI assistants scoped to a specific job. We configure what an AI tool is allowed to answer or do, and it hands off to a person instead of guessing when it hits the edge of that.
Do you build websites?
Yes, but the goal is a website that does something: generates leads, takes bookings, qualifies visitors, or feeds your other systems, not just a redesign for its own sake.
Can you improve an existing system instead of replacing it?
Often that's the better and cheaper option. We start by finding the actual bottleneck, and a full rebuild is only the answer when the existing system can't be extended to fix it.
What does a typical project look like?
Four stages: find the bottleneck, design the system, build and test it, then launch and improve it. Scope and timeline depend on what we find in the first stage.
How is custom work priced?
Every business has different systems, tools, and bottlenecks, so we scope the work around the outcome you're trying to achieve rather than quoting from a fixed menu. Tell us the problem and we'll tell you what it would take.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. Automations and custom systems need upkeep as your business changes, and we stay involved after launch rather than handing off a finished build and disappearing.
