The problem

Local service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and similar trades) lose leads to missed calls, a technician on a job, an office that closes at 5, an after-hours emergency. A missed call from a good lead usually just means they call the next business on the list. Traditional answering services take a message; they don't qualify the caller or book the job.

What we built

A configurable AI phone system that covers missed, overflow, and after-hours calls behind a business's existing number. It qualifies the caller (issue, service area, urgency), checks real calendar availability, and books the appointment on the call, or escalates to a person when the situation falls outside its approved rules.
